We provide structured coaching programs and lifestyle discipline frameworks. Access is granted as a revocable, non-exclusive license for personal growth and physical training purposes only.
MANDATORY AUTHORIZATION
Account credentials must remain confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity under your profile.
INTELLECTUAL RIGOR
All training methodologies, video content, and documentation are the protected property of MensCoach.
Prohibited use includes scraping, unauthorized distribution, or attempting to breach our concrete security layers.
Standard training programs are provided "as-is" without individual modification unless specified in premium coaching tiers.
We focus on physical strength and discipline. We do not provide health advice or medical interventions.
Payment
& Returns

Subscription Billing
Coaching fees are billed in advance on a monthly or program-basis. You agree to provide a valid payment method. All charges are transacted through secure industrial-grade processors.

Service Termination
MensCoach reserves the unilateral right to terminate access for users who violate our code of conduct, distribute proprietary training materials, or engage in harassment within our community spaces. Upon termination, your right to use the training dashboard ceases immediately.

Assumption of Risk
By engaging in our training programs, you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with high-intensity physical activity. MensCoach is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from the use of our digital content or coaching services. You should consult a fit professional to confirm your readiness for physical exertion.
Dispute
Resolution
Any conflict arising from these Terms will be governed by the laws of Malaysia. Prior to formal proceedings, both parties agree to undergo a mandatory meditation phase to seek an architectural resolution.
